Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack your gym equipment in the original boxes, ensuring all bolts, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at the designated carrier.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for damage, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
